How much does it cost to rent a photo booth?

Photo booth rental prices can vary but our pricing starts at $550 for 2 hours.

Why should I rent a photo booth?

Having a photo booth at your event provides a ton of fun and entertainment for your guests and it also preserves your memories in a candid way!

How does the photo booth work?

Our photo booth works with the push of a button! Pick your props, tap the screen and the countdown begins. Once you're done your photos the file is sent to the printer and the print is ready in about 10 seconds.

How many people can use the photo booth at once?

For each photo booth picture session approximately 12 people can squeeze in at a time.

How many photos do we get?

During your rental time you can take as many photos as possible! There is no limit to the number of photos or photo sessions.

Absolutely! The photo booth prints out 2 copies 2 by 6 inches, which is the photo booth industry standard (think retro style booths). If you would rather have a postcard style print, we offer that as well.

Do we get the digital photo booth files?

YES! We give you copies of every photo taken as well as the finished strip digital copy.

Can you send the photos to my guest's phone via text or sms or email?

Yes, our photo booth software offers your guest the opportunity to enter their phone number or email address to get a digital copy of the images.

What time do you arrive to set up the photo booth?

Typically we arrive 1 hour prior to the agreed upon start time. This allows us time to find a spot for the photo booth to be set up, unload, and initialize the photo booth. We close the booth after the agreed upon number of hours you rent the photo booth then start packing up. You never pay for setup or teardown of the equipment.

Do you provide props?

Yes! We always bring props for your photo booth rental!

I am so delighted to be able to review the Photobooth Guys! We had them at our wedding this weekend and it was such a fun addition that brought everyone together. Even the people that are more introverted and reserved were having the time of their lives taking silly photos. The process of booking was super easy and Dennis was absolutely amazing to work with! He was responsive, kind, and accommodating. He came early night of and was very warm with our guests. He also made copies for each guest in the photo and kept a pile of photos we were in to give to us after so we didn’t have to carry them around. He sent the digital files promptly the next morning as well. Such a wonderful experience overall and I highly recommend! Also, watching my parents hold up silly signs like “thick-fil-a” and “thicker than a snicker” made me burst out laughing and is a memory I will forever cherish. Recommended for any event where you’re looking to bring people together!

We had a fantastic experience with Dennis from Photobooth Guys at our event, and I highly recommend them! Booking was easy, and Dennis was very responsive and answered all my questions leading up to our event. He created a custom template for our prints, sourced a backdrop in our preferred colour, and was very professional and easy to work with. We had a bit of a mixup with our venue regarding the location of the photobooth, but Dennis was very accommodating and flexible despite this, and he worked with us and our venue contact on the spot to quickly find a suitable location in the room and helped us relocate our props and setup. We greatly appreciated his calm professionalism, the prints looked great, and all our guests had a lot of fun with the photobooth! I would definitely use Photobooth Guys again for future events or parties!

Highly recommend Dennis and team, what great people to work with.We hired for 2 hrs during our wedding reception, and they went above and beyond. I’ve heard horror stories about flaky vendors for other weddings, but working with Dennis was so streamlined and no issues at all. They work with you to provide a custom logo, prices are straightforward, and communication was always quick.During the wedding, Dennis arrived early to set up, and helped move the camera back for larger groups. Backdrop and props looked amazing, and he helped pack up our own props afterwards.The ease and friendliness of working with Dennis made it so we never worried at all about the photobooth, and we would recommend them again for any event, big or small.

I would highly recommend Photobooth guys. It was so easy to work with them. Everyone at my event loved taking photos and the attendant Abraham was amazing as well. I asked him to stay an extra 30 minutes and without any issues they extended the time. The set up was quick and they even let me add some of my decoration at the last minute. Such a pleasant experience we had with the Photobooth Guys! Both Dennis and Corrado were incredible to deal with. They were very helpful when it came to selecting and upgrading packages. They made the experience extremely easy and efficient. There were many backdrop options and Dennis helped a lot when it came to selecting an option that went well with our logo. The day of the event, set up went extremely well and Corrado was incredible to all of our guests. The photo strips came out perfect and a digital copy of all images were sent to me the next day!!
